3. Conference fee: 1900 PLN
The fee includes: participation in the Conference, meals (breakfasts, lunches, dinners, gala dinner, coffee breaks) and conference materials.
The conference fee does not include accommodation. The organisers provide preferential hotel accommo-dation prices (when booking min. four nights). Reserva-tion of accommodation should be made directly at the ho-tel after prior notification of participation in the Winter School on Reliability 2024.
The Conference will be held in hybrid mode. In case of online participation in the Conference, the Conference fee is 950 PLN.
4. Deadlines:
- abstracts' submission (and, if possible, the full text of the article) on the templates available on the conference website 15.11.2023 r.
- confirmation of the articles' topic acceptance by the Program Council 5.12.2023 r.
- participation application 10.12.2023 r.
- payment of the conference fee 15.12.2023 r.
- articles' full-text submission 31.03.2024 r.
The complete papers' texts will be reviewed and, after being presented, qualified for post-conference publication in the monograph of the WUT Publishing House. At the same time, we kindly inform you that during the Winter School on Reliability 2024, it will be possible to publish articles in the Special Issues of Sensors and Energies journals by MDPI Open Access (100 / 140 points according to the MEiN list) as well as Journal of KONBiN, Eksploatacja i Niezawodność – Maintenance and Reliability, WUT Journal of Transportation Engineering journals.
Articles accepted for publication in journals Sensors, Energies, Eksploatacja i Niezawodność – Maintenance and Reliability after positive reviews will be subject to an APC Article Processing Charge payable directly by the Authors to the Publisher.

Topics
Reliability issues of technical objects and systems concern a very wide area of applications, especially:
- air, road, rail, sea, and inland waterway, as well as pipeline transport, including means of transport, transportation infrastructure, and management systems,
- industrial and civil engineering,
- electrical and electronic equipment industry,
- information and telecommunications technology,
- mechanical and manufacturing engineering,
- logistics systems and processes,
- agriculture and food industry,
- medicine, health care, environmental protection,
- chemical industry.
The topics of the papers will include theoretical and practical issues of technical objects and systems reliability, including but not limited to:
- objects reliability testing and assessment in operational and maintenance systems,
- modelling and simulation of reliability and durability of technical components and systems,
- objects availability optimisation,
- methods for increasing the reliability of machines and equipment,
- identification of failures and degradation processes of objects,
- analysis of components and systems' resilience to external events,
- human influence on technical systems reliability,
- ecological aspects of components and systems operation and maintenance,
- problems of training on reliability and safety.

Participation application
Application for participation in the Winter School on Reliability 2024 can be made by sending an e-mail titled "APPLICATION ZSN 2024" to the address: zsn.wt@pw.edu.pl no later than December 10th, 2023
Please include the following information in the e-mail:
- Participant's name and surname,
- Participant's title / academic degree,
- Participant's affiliation,
- Title of the paper,
- Authors of the paper with affiliation,
- Data for the invoice with a VAT identification number.
Sending an e-mail is tantamount to consent to process the Participant's data concerning his/her participation in the Conference.

Tips
Abstract texts in Polish and English (preferably together with the article) in electronic version only, should be submitted no later than November 15th 2023, to the following e-mail address: zsn.wt@pw.edu.pl
- The name of the file should include the author's or first author's surname.
- Abstracts in Polish and English, with a total length of two pages, should be prepared in accordance with the publishing requirements (file "Abstract's template") available on the conference website. Abstracts will be published as Materials for the Winter School on Reliability.
- Articles qualified by the Program Council will be published in the post-conference monograph of the WUT Publishing House. Papers should be prepared in accordance with the publishing requirements ("Article's template" file) provided on the conference website.
- Application for participation in the Conference Winter School on Reliability 2023 is tantamount to consent to the issuance of an invoice.
